I am in an honored position and blessed to be one of a few African Americans who is a trained sommelier, chef, certified wine & food pairing specialist, lecturer, writer, and international certified food & wine judge. I have over thirty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry.
My degrees and certifications include a Bachelor of Science from Widener University, Pro-Chef graduate from the CIA at Greystone, a graduate of the Napa Wine Academy, and trained as a chef in Germany. My experience ranges from corporate business catering, chef for the NFL Philadelphia Eagles, motion picture catering, vineyard chef, an executive chef at two major country clubs (Germantown Cricket Club and Merion Golf Club). The world is my platform to create unique wine & food experiences. I travel to wine destinations to hone my knowledge and stay on the cutting edge of the global wine & food culture. I am a serious wine collector that showcases wine from around the world. I love to share my passion for great wine & food with others.
